Design Brief:
Create the visual branding and full identity system for an envisaged (made up) property development company or property development (single development) based and servicing the local Canberra Region. The design concept needs to target a specific target group and know its market positioning, which you will have communicate.
Aim: to produce a brand and style guide for a specific industry sector successfully communicating to specified target market.
Concept:
Homey House is a concept design for the brand "Homey House" is a student housing property development group in Canberra that, in partnership with University of Canberra and the Australian National University, focuses their efforts on International students.
